Change is Good
NO MORE EXCUSES, IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE. Down 48 lbs since joining Spark People on Dec 8th, 2010. Starting week 2 of P90X, and as usual, I am going beyond the norm and pushing for the challenge, gonna do doubles. Find a way to challenge yourself every day, and you'll see results, and begin to believe you can do anything. When I started on 9th, I couldn't do 5 pushups. Today I'm gonna try to do more than 200. What are you gonna push for today?

I am tracking everything, from my nutrition to my steps. I set up my boxing gym in my garage and am hitting that heavy bag like it stole something.

I am a Tennessee Vols fan. Nuff Said.
