I'm looking to get back in shape after having a baby!

In July 2012 I was at my lowest weight in years (128.5). At that time I started trying to conceive and I used that excuse to stop watching my weight. By the time I got pregnant in October I was back up to 134. I did fairly well during my pregnancy and gained a total of 25 pounds. My daughter was born in June and over the last several months I've lost most of the weight, but my body is not the same.

By the time I got pregnant in October I was back up to 134. I did fairly well during my pregnancy and gained a total of 25 pounds. My daughter was born in June and over the last several months I've lost most of the weight, but my body is not the same.

My goal is to get back down to 130 pounds and to get toned! I'm nursing so I need to consume a decent amount of calories, but I need to consume BETTER calories. I also need to get active, which is easier said than done when working full time and taking care of a 6 month old!

As the new year approaches, I'll be thinking about how I can REALISTICALLY meet my goals. I may have to start with small changes, but that's OK! I'm resetting all of my goals in an effort to start fresh. I have found that team challenges are especially helpful so I'm looking forward to getting involved with some new teams.
