I want to lose weight. 125lbs to be exact. I'm looking at 10lbs/per month. Yes! It's ambitious! But I know I can do it!
I'm doing Weight Watchers in addition to seeing a nutritionist and exercising at least 30 minute every day.
I'm from the SF Bay Area. I just got married this past Halloween. I don't want to be a size 2 because let's face it, I will NEVER be a size 2. Maybe a size 10, but not a size 2. I'd be happy as a size 10 though.
