LOVING ME
I'm here for the second time and I'm determined to continue my goal.I'm now 41 years old with grandchildren , so its a must I stay fit for myself and to run around like crazy with them . I'm starting to stay to myself more now that I'm over weight, but I know that with sparkpeople I'll have the push, motivation, love and support that I will need.Now let me get my first 20 minute workout done :-) Good Luck everyone and stay positive.
