    Hey, thanks for the add, and the compliment. :) I think, really, that you have to want to make a change. And after a while, the motivation to action also comes to you. A good tip is to start making changes, one meal at a time. If you can't tackle breakfast, take on lunch - and make sure that it's a healthy one. I know that my breakfast of oatmeal is always a great and healthy way to start the day, though. Oats, milk, raisins, and peanut butter - all keep me full for a rather long time. And there's a good balance of healthy fats, carbs, protein and fiber. Once you start with a healthy meal, it's easier to feel healthier, and seek that health in other areas of your eating.
