Hi! I'm not very good at these intro things. I'm fixing to be 32 and would like to be at a healthy weight (130lbs) before 33. I started this weight loss journey about 8 years and two pregnancies ago at 225. Now I've got just 38lbs to go to reach my goal!

My Goals:
* Weigh 130lbs by mid January 2013
* Wear a size 6
* Drink at least 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day
* Be active every day


My Program:
* Avoid fast food/pre-packaged food
*Walk Roo to and from school at least on the days I don't go to the gym
*Monday, Wednesday, Friday go to YMCA and do my strength training/cardio
*Sunday do yoga at the YMCA

Personal Information:
Stay-at-home mom to two little girls who keep me active even when I don't want to be

Living in Wichita, KS...for now

Dieting is a temporary and comparatively minor sacrifice and every day we make a huge deal of it. We do not realize that we have made bigger sacrifices for things that are not healthy for us. We may not be the Author and Finisher of our lives but in between we can write out what happens. Our faith has shown us the way to victory and we will succeed!

Today's thought: What I suffer today is worth the victory tomorrow!
