I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!!! I have learned to manage my fibromyalgia! Now to learn to lose weight ( 65 pounds gained on Lyrica) and then learn to manage that too!!!

Drink Water (1/2 my weight in oz a day) 125-130 oz of cold water a day.
Walk 3-5 miles a day.
Do strength training at least 3 times a week!
