A NEW BEGINNING TO A BETTER ME (GOD help me)

Well here I go again....I feel worse this time than I did last time I was on the Spark. I had done so well last a couple years ago and was feeling really good about myself and all I had accomplished and now I have gained back almost all the weight I had lost. Its amazing how blind I was to much weight I was gaining back, but last week it just hit me again and then yesterday and today I just look so bloated and heavy that it scared me. Well here I go again....I feel worse this time than I did last time I was on the Spark. I had done so well last a couple years ago and was feeling really good about myself and all I had accomplished and now I have gained back almost all the weight I had lost. Its amazing how blind I was to much weight I was gaining back, but last week it just hit me again and then yesterday and today I just look so bloated and heavy that it scared me. So I told my husband how I was feeling and I asked if he would be my support and motivation and kick my butt when needed even when I got angry with him for it and he said he would. I LOVE YOU BABY. He told me first things first get back on the spark and then we will investigate in a elliptical trainer or gym membership again or both tomorrow.
So here I am at 240lbs with tears in my eyes and not wanting to look in the mirror. I feel heavy and shortness of breathe and just well blaaa.

I WANT TO BE HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER INSIDE AND OUT! I DON'T WANT TO BE A SUPER MODEL I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE STORE AND BUY NICE CLOTHES AND NOT PLUS SIZE! I WOULD BE THRILLED TO DEATH AS A SIZE 11-12. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HOLD MY HEAD HIGH!

My Program:
I AM GOING TO TRACK EVERYTHING THAT GOES INTO MY MOUTH, I AM GOING TO BE MORE PRECISE ON MY PORTIONS. WHEN I GO GROCERY SHOPPING I AM GOING TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE LABELS. I AM GOING TO COOK EVERYTHING HEALTHIER AND CHANGE MY EATING HABITS. I AM GOING TO DO SOME KIND OF EXERCISE DAILY AND TRACK IT. I AM GOING TO TELL MYSELF EVERYDAY HOW AMAZING I AM DOING AND CONTINUE TO READ MOTIVATIONAL MATERIAL. I AM GOING TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STAY AWAY FROM OTHER DRINKS. WHEN WE EAT OUT I WILL BE CAREFUL WHAT I EAT AND TRACK IT ALSO.
