I want to get down to at least 150 lbs and stay there. I want to learn to exercise on a routine and keep it up and keep the weight off.

My Program:
I am starting to walk daily at least four days a week and going to the gym. Also drinking more water and trying to eat better. No more meals after 7:30 at night.
