My Goals:
*drop to 145 by the time I go to Brazil (June 28)
*Drop to a final goal of 135 lb.
*Go to gym at least twice a week. 40 minutes cardio each time + weights, possibly swim as well.

My Program:
*Atkins Diet
*Exercise (40 min cardio + weights)
*wearing wrist and ankle weights when walking campus or at work.
*cut out refined sugars

i was talking to a friend today who just found out about some thyroid concerns. i really don't know much about that. just interesting that it is coming up again. i do my best on spark when i use the food tracker and stick to my calorie limits. portion control is a big factor. and of course.... regular cardio. keep in touch on your progress.
