03/20/2013 Update: Completed the Whole30 in Feb. Have made some awesome healthy habits and am currently participating in a 90 day Beachbody challenge on Facebook. Lost a little ground in my exercise, looking to move back up to Power90 level 3-4 in a few more weeks. Still participating in Wellness Wedensdays on my blog, www.razella.com
