Hello everyone! My goal is to lose 40 lbs. I just want to live a healthier life and feel confidence in my appearance.
My plan is to walk, watch my calorie intake and drink more water. I will go to the gym and walk on treadmill at least once a week. I work fulltime and have 3 children in school. So i will get more walking in than doing the gym.
I am from Arkansas. I am a very hard working single mother with 3 children.
I love to play basketball, watch movies and cook.
