I ascribe to Michael Pollen's rules: Eat food, not that much, mostly plants. I once weighed 40 pounds more than I do today. I lost with WW and some good therapy, I've kept if off with exercise and changing my life. I use Spark People for accountability and support! I started running at the age of 36.
