Happy Mother's Day! I can't remember if you have kids or not, but you might as well be celebrated anyway! I don't have kids, but I've adopted my best friend's kids and my ex-husband's daughter, so I might as well be a mother. I will celebrate my mom today. Lord knows I don't know how many I have left with her with the cancer spreading. Lonnie (my boyfriend) can be a typical man baby too, so I'll mother him too. Thank you for the Spark Good ie and the nice note. We'll definitely have to stay in touch. I have so much going on right now it's mind-boggling. I start my new schedule next week of Mon, Tue, Thur 9am-2pm and Wed I have Weight Watcher's and counseling. should be entertaining. That leaves me Fri, Sat, Sun to see Lonnie. He was such a good sport last night and took me to the emergency room since I had a migraine. He sat and rubbed my back and massaged my neck and just generally was a good guy. I wish I would have met him 10 years ago. Oh well, dates with destiny are always on time. My email is princesspooh70@gmail.com I really hope to hear from you and keep in touch. I'm not a twig yet, but I'm down 103 pounds! I still have another 115 pounds to go to be to goal. I was a BIG girl! LOL It's nice to be down 5 shirt sizes and about 7 pant sizes. I'm definitely a lot thinner. I haven't posted my latest pictures. I have got to get on that. You can really see a difference now that I started walking for exercise. I also met someone new and we are starting to date. His name is Lonnie and he is really sweet. He's really into me which is nice for once. My birthday was yesterday and he took me out for dinner and to a movie. We went and saw "The Big Wedding". It was funny. Definitely a chick flick and he was a great sport. I am about to start my internship for school at Salvation Army Men's Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center. That is going to be a real challenge, but I'm looking forward to it. I like a challenge. Well, back to the homework before I bore you to tears. Thanks for writing and let's stay in better communication. I miss you and hearing from you. Take care and I'll talk to you soon!

Hi...parsnips are a root veggie that are white, but look like carrots. You peel them the same way and they have a sweetness to them too! I love them as fries. I had 2 whole ones cut into fries last night with my salmon patty wrap. Just yummy!!!
