My dear Linda, you are definitely onto something. The chair DOES improve circulation, which affects the whole body, INCLUDING the brain. So, yes, it could definitely help cognition as the brain is VERY affected by the oxygen carried to it via the blood.
so, continue on w/the zero gravity chair! Dad's legs look SOOOOooooo much improved. He's getting ornery about it, though, and I just put it to him. . . do you want to end up with circulatory problems leading to gangrene and potentially LOSE you leg? No? didn't think so. Hated to be so direct with him, but sometimes when he's so ornery about something it's the only approach that works . . . and it DID!
