    Things are easier this challenge !! Awww our new leaders,, and of course the 4 of us have worked out so things are easier. LOVING IT !!

    So what's UP? Thanks for hitting my page, so sorry it took me this long to get to my page. Thanks to Dawn, I am able to now.. YEAH YEAH YEAH !!

    I had started to slow down over the past 3 weeks, but I sat myself down,,, wrote things out. I should be fine again. One thing I had slipped back into while staying in calorie range ,,, using frozen food products instead of cooking. I always make SURE I do NOT get stuff with a lot of sodium. In general my sodium intake is 1300 (average) up to 1800. It's very rare I go up to or over 2300. So tonight I cooked,,, and did enough for 5 more meals. PHEW !!! I KNOW to do this. sometimes I just run out of idea's. Guess since I hated the food I was given as a kid,,,,,, I didn't pay attention. It was always some kind of meat, potatoes either mashed or baked and some gross type of can crap veg. We also always had bread and butter on the table. We did our own servings after the "first round." I had 4 brothers and 3 cousins who lived with us. Two of them were girls and one male. They all WOLFED IT DOWN FAST !! I am a slow eater so Mom would let them have seconds and the boys usually wanted 3rds. Mom would make wait for the 3rds until I knew if I wanted seconds,,,it was very rare I did. We were all very active kids, except for one girl cousin so the boys burned it off fast. LOL my youngest brother was ALWAYS hungry (Teenage boys !) and he'd 2 hrs after eating 3 servings would go out into the kitchen and make a TRIPLE Layer sandwich and STILL be hungry. LOL That always cracked me up ! I was fine with the little I ate. So the 7 of us were thin,,,,,, it saddens me that todays kids do NOT go out and play for hours. Way to many develop unhealthy habits from this. I used to try HARD to get my GD to go outside, NOPPERS !! Her Mom didn't move around,,it showed. I didn't want my GD to be like that. She'd go out as I did, so we went out as much as I could handle.

    Hope ur day is going well hon !! Are your temps back to a reasonable degree? We went from 80 last weds to being in the 60s until we drop into the 50s, a few weeks from now.
