I was reading a few of your blogs. You are an inspiration in that even when you are injured you still are upbeat. You can't exercise so you adjust your focus on calories. You will accomplish your goals with your attitude. I wish you all the best in this adventure!

Keeping your eating on track is a big thing! I know people who have lost a decent amount of weight simply by changing their eating habits. You'll get through the next several weeks just fine! emoticon
