My Goals:
I want to walk without my thighs rubbing together, i want to be able to sprint up a flight of stairs, i want this to be a permanent thing. i don't wanna get myself down if i slip once in awhile cuz i am human. i want to go hiking, biking and snowboarding. i want to go on a rollercoaster without being smushed... i want my boobs to shrink :P

My Program:
cardio everyday, 8+ glasses of water a day, shooting for 1500 calories a day, 210g carbs a day, 45g of fat a day, and 100g of protein. i want to be able to eat vegetables raw without looking like i'm in pain. i want to try couscous! i don't want to crave a burger anymore or sour candy. no pop for me! no fast food unless it's really healthy. like a soft taco from taco bell without the cheese. that's pretty healthy... well, ok, it's not too bad.

Hey. Congratulations on your progress so far.
I noticed we have about the same starting weight and current weight, so it's pretty inspiring to see someone on the exact same journey.

Looking for you to write more in your blogs. (I wrote that word blobs....lol) I just started writing in a blog-to go public in a sense- being honest with the world. So now I am looking every so often at blogs of people I am getting to know, especially sisters in the Lord. k

I have 5 kids and 8 grandchildren, and they do not live near me. One family is sorta near. So I do not do many birthdays. Other than calls. One lives in Nova Scotia, one in North Carolina, one in Conn, one in NY state, and one in Maine.

But I do have a lot of kids. I have a teen hang out here- in my converted 2 car garage. There are constant kids in and out of my house using the bathroom.
