My Story
Thanks for visiting my SprakPage. My name is Rachael Johnson. I joined this because I want to learn better ways on how to lose weight and live healthy. I want to lose some wieght I gained while I was pregnant with my little boy. I am trying to lose weight before I go to see my family. I want to look my best for my Sweetheart also( My Husband). I am hoping to get a lot of ideas about health. I am currently working out two times a day, so about 45 mins. a day. I have lost inches, but no pounds ...

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 40 lbs in this year and keep it off till I have my next child. Then when the time comes I want to keep a healthy weight with the next child.
My Program:
I have been working out twice a day, eating fruit for breakfast until 12 noon, then I eat a good lunch with a yogurt, And I sit down to one big meal with my husband. It has been working very well so far.
