it was great! i came in near the end of the race, but i was happy that i finished without giving up. i was able to keep up a 15:30 minute per mile pace,which is pretty close to my normal pace when i go jog 3 miles. wanted to do it as a personal challenge. and know i can say i've done a half-marathon!
i didn't lose a pound training for it, but i improved my leg muscles and stamina.
