In reading your Spark Page we sound very similar. I absolutely LOVE food so I had to find a way to prepare it in a more healthful way so that I could still enjoy it. I make nothing off limits (except fast food, I keep that to a bare minimum) - if I really want something I eat it but just a little bit. I too suffer from the all or nothing exercise pattern ... when I am into it I am fully into it otherwise it is hard to get my butt off the couch / chair and get going!!!!!!! I wish you great success towards your life's improvment - every little change you make towards betterment needs to be acknowledged and rewarded so be sure to always talk yourself up and stay positive!!!!!!!!!
