1.) Weight wise... I have spark focused on 205 by october and my birthday, but in reality I'll be happy with 215-220 as that is my plateau weight. 2.) Keep my place clean. I'm becoming better, but I do let things slide so I want it to become a weekly and then daily thing. I want to be consistently cleaning every day within two months. 3.) Do more yoga. Yoga is good... must do. 4.) Keep up this program for a year and reward myself with a trip to Japan next summer. 5.) Learn Japanese for said trip. Be able to say basic phrases and watches dreadfully bad but sometimes still enthralling anime to pick up language and keep it fresh.
I could tell you what I plan on doing but as this is only a week I don't feel that I can say what I have been doing other than following the program, listening to pimselure in japanese, and having a friend d/l anime so we can watch together. Oh yeah, and making sunday my cleaning day for this month.
