Strength training in the morning as soon as I get up. Gym nearly every night for at least 30 minutes of cardio. Counting calories using the food tracker. Weight watchers points and 10% solution.

Hey how are you? My name is Rosemary and I wish you luck on your goal to lose before your first baby. I did the same and it helped me get pregnant just being healthy in my life style. I only lost about 15 lbs but it helped also I only gained about 30 through out my pregnancy. Now I am trying to lose 50 before trying for a second child.
