Yeah - it's fun to be on FB... that way I know you can't really escape even when you take a break from Spark!!!
I'm pretty much making a shake for breakfast and dinner (unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, scoop of whey protein, 2 tbs natural peanut butter, handful of kale)... then for lunch I eat a meal and try to include a salad. Since Ed & I started doing p90x when he gets home from work it kills my appetite... so the shake is earlier and then I don't have the desire to eat in the evening. It's a win/win!

Happy Sunday to ya! It's a beautiful day here so I'm guess it is for you too :) Did you have a nice 4th? We had our fireworks at our lake last night. That was fun.
