Rebuilding A New Me Today
I have attempted to lose weight and get fit more times than I can count, however, I think I've finally had enough of my excuses. I've signed with a personal trainer who helped a friend of mine lose weight, lower his cholesterol and BP, and get fit. I'm going to commit daily to eating healthy food, being more active, and exercising on a regular basis. At 54, it's pretty much now or never.

My Goals:
My main goals are to lose 80 lbs and get my body fat % down to around 11%.
My Program:
.I am going to be working with a health coach from work and getting back to basics. I plan to count calories, eliminate the daily junk food, and exercise more consistently.
Personal Information:
I am 54 years old, mother of one incredible son who is currently in law school. I work as a RN in a small suburban hospital ICU.
Other Information:
I love watching movies, Castle, and The Mentalist. I also like to read, knit, and crochet. I'm going to try and learn yoga this year and also work on creative writing.
