Rebuilding A New Me Today

I have been on Sparkpeople for several years, have lost weight only to regain because I go back to bad habits of binge eating to handle stress and emotions. No more hiding behind my fat and food. Today I commit to getting healthy and fit, physically and emotionally. I will work with a personal trainer 3 times a week and log my food and exercise every day. My Goals:
1. Lose 103 lbs
2. Acheive a body fat % of 20%
3. Bring my LDL down to 70 or lower and my HDL above 50
4. Increase my endurance and flexibility.

My Program:
1. Do cardio at least 5 days a week and strength train at least 3 days per week
2. Eat a healthy, balanced diet of 1200-1500 calories a day and burn at least 2500 calories a day. I will keep track of calories burned using my bodymedia fit device

Personal Information:
I'm an empty nester. My son graduated from law school this year and is getting married in May 2014 to a wonderful girl. I work as a RN in hemodialysis and in my free time I love to play computer games, read, watch movies, and knit.

Other Information:
I love watching movies, Castle, and The Mentalist. I also like to read, knit, and crochet. I'm going to try and learn yoga this year and also work on creative writing.
