My Goals:
Goal #1: Get to 210lbs by summer 2011 (109lbs loss).

Goal #2: I want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Yup -- skydiving! Need to be less than 230lb to do it, though. Summer 2011.

My Program:
Eating reasonably (low fat/calorie/cholesterol), cutting out soda, 45 minutes of exercise 3 days a week.

I do allow myself one "cheat meal" a week and a splurge desert on occassion :-)

Personal Information:
I'm 6'5" tall...the one bonus of being tall and overweight -- it's spread out a little bit. :-)
