Stay the Course in 2011

My journey began at the beginning of 2009 at about 150lbs. By the end of the year I was 130 lbs thanks to SP and the wonderful teams here. In 2010 I did fluctuate between 136 and 130 pounds but I was generally pleased that I was aware of what I was eating and tried to maintain my exercise schedule. It is a lifestyle change that I have fully accepted.

This year I have set some additional goals for my self. I would like to break the 130 lbs and hit the 126 lbs marker. Even though ...

Even though I do watch what I eat, I have to control the foods that can lead to high cholesterol since my last reading was on the high side. What a surprise that was! Goes to show that the battle for good health is not over even when you are at an acceptable weight.

- Continue healthy eating habits.

My Program:
1. Eat 5 meals per day
2. Exercise 5 times per week.
3. Strength training 3 times per week.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water.

Personal Information:
I am originally from the Caribbean but now live in Canada. I am married to a wonderful guy (which is why I moved) and have 2 beautiful children who bring me alot of joy and tons of laughter. Oh, I cannot forget - I love Jesus with all my heart!
