I had been 240lbs. I felt awful, had to wear knee braces and could hardely make it up stairs. I had really bad chest pain. so bad that i thought i was going to have a heart attack. Now i have a 3 yr old neice which i always want to be able to play with and Ranger(my puppy dog and best friend). I have now lost 75lbs but it had been 90lbs. I need to turn around and head in the right direction and i could use all the help i could get. It's getting harder now cause I keep having relapses.

Don't look at them as relapses.....look at them as learning points, stepping stones....process through your days....it's only failure if you give up completely.....you obviously haven't given up otherwise you wouldn't still be on this site :)

Keep plugging away, learning about yourself and moving forward :) You can do it :)

I have found that just being active with teams and in the community here makes a HUGE difference with staying on track. You just have to come back and encourage others every day and you will stay on track! YOU CAN DO IT!!
