Don't look at them as relapses.....look at them as learning points, stepping stones....process through your days....it's only failure if you give up completely.....you obviously haven't given up otherwise you wouldn't still be on this site :)

I have found that just being active with teams and in the community here makes a HUGE difference with staying on track. You just have to come back and encourage others every day and you will stay on track! YOU CAN DO IT!! 2118 days ago
