I've hit 40 (actually 41 now) and have been dinking around with the same 20+ pounds for the past 20(!) years. I was down to my goal weight (135) when I got married 6 years ago and had become a lifetime member at Weight Watchers. I thought I really had it that time. I am now beginning to have a harder time losing weight than I have in the past (that whole age and slowing metabolism thing). I'm hoping this time I can do it for good.

My Goals:
Lose 18 pounds.
Integrate the changes I'm making now into my life so that it does become a lifestyle for me.

My Program:
Using the nutrition tracker every day.
Exercise 4-5 times per week with a goal of burning at least 1200 calories per week.
Trying to get in the 8 glasses of water.
Reading at least one motivational and/or educational article per day.
