Time for some changes!
I am a 35 year old mom of a 9 year old boy and about to marry the man of my dreams. I have been told I have been fat my whole life. I have diabeties and am tired of living this way. Its time for some changes. I am getting married in 10 months and would like to walk into a bridal shop and actually try on the dresses instead of looking at them on the hanger and imagining what they would look like on me. So here I go!

Ok...haven't been very good lately due to the extreme heat. Changed my goals and am sure I can do it.

I am trying to eat better and exercise more. I have cronic pain, so walking is my primary exercise.
