thanks for the comment on my blog! i went out and bought some pineapple, watermelon, and apples to help satiate that darn sweet tooth. i looked at the strawberries, but like you said, they were looking DEFINITELY way out of season, icky! Also, I don't know if you've ever noticed this, but it's almost like... once you actually admit how you've been acting and type it out in a blog, all of a sudden it really IS easier to get back on track?? it's like an accountability just knowing that your ravenous behavior is out in the open for all to see, haha. anywhoodle, hope you're doing well and feeling better after bronchitis!!! i had it this year, too, only mine was very minor. i could still go to work and everything, but it was a wheezy cough for 3 weeks straight.

Thanks for the advice. I went to the gym and got a great workout in of an hour and 15 minutes. Then I got a healthy lunch and I am better now......Thank you
