Hibernation

I'm heading into a hibernation of sorts. Won't be checking into Spark for a while as I need to straighten some personal things out and really focus on what my needs and wants are all about right now. Hope to be back in a little while, without too much time away. I will still be working towards my goals, just independently and without the use of the web right now.

My Goals:
I want to run.
I have registered for the Las Vegas Marathon in 12/2010. I am captain of an overnight relay team which will run 185 total miles from the Valley of Fire into Las Vegas, NV in October.

I want to run injury free and complete all of my registered races.

I want to be better to myself physically and emotionally.

My Program:
I am not on a specific program. I am remaining aware of what I eat and drink while increasing my activity level drastically. I used to be really active, running 6 miles or more per day. I want to get back to that.

Personal Information:
I consider myself from Spokane, Washington- but I currently reside in Las Vegas. I'm an outdoorsy kind of person and I love nature and animals. I am 27, married, have 2 dogs a cat and some crazy fish. I don't have kids yet, though I do want them when I am healthier.

Other Information:
I watch a lot of movies with my husband (need to watch less and get out more!). I like to cook and try new foods (both tasting and cooking). I am into photography and have a flickr gallery here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jetrobinson/

hey!

I didn't get a chance to do the cardio workout..but I've done the stretching one for 60 min and it really does help. my bf said that yes it's very challenging..but if you can't do as many as the trainer you just take breaks and do less or the modified form that the other people are doing in the video

it does look very hard though :S
