Every bridge I cross, every corner I turn, something is following me...it's my BUTT! After marrying an active rancher with a HUGE appetite I went from hating to be in the kitchen cooking for myself to truly LOVING to try new recipes and cooking for him. In the love to cook, I found that I loved to eat too! I ate just like he did. I just didn't work as hard after! So while he remains the man I married 18 years ago...I continued to give him more, and more, and more to love!!! I gained 40 lbs just feeding him well. Then came the kids and what was sometimes easier to loose became harder than ever (not to mention they all added a few lbs to the mix!). So here I am, wife to Mr. Wonderful, mother of four beautiful children and sparked into loosing weight with diet and exercise (I know...the long, slow,SUCCESSFUL way!) I don't ever expect to be 130lbs again, just like I'll never be 21 again! But I would like to get to a healthy, sustainable weight. I'd like to go to the closet, put on something without thinking of what might be hanging out to embarrass me, and be comfortable in it. Most of all, I want to set a healthy example for my kids and leave the BUTT behind!!!
UPDATE: I have moved from 209 to 179 with spark & such over the last year or so...I am pleased to have been able to keep that weight off & am looking forward to losing more...I haven't completely ditched the butt yet! Updated update! I have a job that I LOVE...but spend far too much time behind a desk. I am no longer where I need to be or even headed in the right direction..I am making a change to that NOW!

go to the closet in the morning and wear the first thing I grab, not try to figure out what hides the most. Inspire my children to ALWAYS be healthy.
Hear people say "You look great for having FOUR kids" and actually believe it myself!
The Spring of 2008 forced some changes I worked as hard as the hubby for a while...doing some of his chores while he was away...The unstructured exercise was a great help turning me into a loser! It set me up for the "Diet & Exercise" to lose attitude.

I am an avid photographer. I love scrapbooking, stamping, drawing, geneology, reading and history. I have a huge family and often friends are "adopted" into it! I enjoy spending time with friends (mom, mom-in-law,sally & rocky are a few favs!)
I love being outside & alongside hubby with the kids.
Lynette from Desperate Housewives is my favorite and I like Grays Anatomy and Private Practice too Oh-yeah and the Riches!
