No Complaining!!!

I am trying to lose weight that I have carried my whole life. As a little girl I was always heavy. I want to know what healthy feels like! I am on my way I have lost 47 pounds since I had my son Jonathan. I am so excited to start this journey and actually feel success!

I am doing this for the Glory of God, and with him...ALL things are possible!

Hi there, so glad you stopped by to encourage me. That was so nice of you. I know the perverbial rollercoaster can be SSSOOOO discouraging. My suggestion would be
1. are you tracking your food?
2. Do you wear a step counter? (I found this to be a great tool-don't buy an expensive one they are not worth it!!!!)
3. Be patient with yourself. this was the hardest for me!!! I want what I want and I WANT IT NOW!!! LOL
and maybe 4th would be journaling, I love looking back at the "old days" and remind myself of how far I have come. VERY THERAPUTIC

last but NEVER least is Never, NEVER NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!!
You are worth every step, every sacrifice and every reward!!!!
