My photos taken in December 2011 made me realize I have to do something!

One year later- Nov. 2012 and I am still fighting my weight! Can't give up! Bought the book Lose It For Life! by Dr. Stephen Arterburn and Dr. Linda Mintle. I want to find others using this book.

Five months later and I begin AGAIN... Pray for me as I begin this journey.

Thank you for your comment. What a pleasant surprise. I haven't been here for a few years and seriously didn't think my profile was even still valid. Guess it's time for me to get back on track. I have been eating clean for almost 2 weeks now. My belly feels less bloated and I don't miss the sweets and breads that I tend to over-indulge in. Exercise stopped due to an injury but will be back at that soon enough. Good for you on the walk! And thanks for adding me as your friend :) I will try to stay in touch more often!
