Get Up and Get Moving

32 and feeling the years! My back aches, I am tired often, well, I guess I have always been fond of sleep, ha! I am busy with 40 hour a week job. I love my weekends and try to rest and just be untill around 8pm when it is time for curcuit training and cardio! Again....

In my youth I kept slim by dancing to fun music at concerts, home, and well anywhere... it is a bit harder now!
