Let's get this right....
40ish Mom of two, nothing's medically wrong, so it's on me. Trying to fit in exercise, and cooking decent food with kids, work, the commute, laundry, and oh yeah, sleep. I've had to admit to myself that I actually have to work at health and exercise now. I need all the support I can get!
