Rama's Drama

I play underwater hockey, bike, sail, roller blade and apparently that isn't enough because I found out that I have high cholesterol. My total cholesterol is 265. Blah. So I am going to lose some weight. I feel fine where I am now, (on the upper edge of healthy for my BMI) but I remember feeling really good back when I got down to 155 (about 10 years ago). So my goal is 145 because I know I can get down to 155 and I would like a bit more of a challenge since I am going to do this. (Right in the ...

Lol! No, I'm not surprised they don't! I think on a different tracker I used water rugby as a best option. Or just cheat and say 1200 calories!! Lol!

I've quit using the food tracker on purpose to see if I can do this without that input. I haven't lost but no gain either. I'd lose if I gave up the fruit pies and cobblers I've been eating. We've been enjoying a bounty of blueberries and peaches and blackberries. I've been tracking how I eat more that what I eat. You are in a good place keeping the weight down while enjoying your summer.
