Motivated!

Battled my weight my whole life it seems. Lost 80 lbs and was really happy with where I was at about 8 years ago, but then an achilles heel injury and some medical problems severely sidetracked me and I gained it all back...plus! So... here we go again.

My Goals:
My goal is get in to size 12 jeans and to feel more energetic and have more flexibility.

My Program:
Whatever it takes to get to there! I started my new nutrition and fitness plan on 1/4/2008.

Currently following a modified Fat Flush program and joined LA Fitness club. Primarily doing elliptical for minimum of 30 minutes 5x week and alternating upper and lower body strength workouts 4x week.

Thank you for your comment! Do you ever have days like that where you just want to snack all day and have no idea where the feeling comes from?? Thankfully, and somewhat surprisingly, I'm back to normal today.. not feeling overly snacky.. Strange, but I'm glad the feeling's gone! :)

Wow you are totally on an exercise streak! Pretty soon you just won't be able to stop moving, you'll have too much momentum from previous days! And its good to spice it up with something different sometimes, a walk in the snow is so much fun (I'm from Toronto, I know!).
Thanks for your compliment by the way, I'd love to see a pic of your tattoo too! I love Pink Floyd, but I dunno if I would get a tattoo of them. I am maybe thinking of getting a tattoo when I reach my goal but I don't know what yet....

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You'll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we'll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

Welcome to the 100 plus club. I have lost 120 lbs so far. I still have another 45 lbs to lose. I have not lost any weight in the last few weeks. It is not easy at times, but donít give up. It gets better when you eat properly and incorporate consistent exercise.
