Keep Kicking...

I'm not out of that "healthy" zone of weight, but, in testing for my red stripe (belt) in Tae Kwon Do, I managed to break my leg. I was throwing a flying side kick at a board and upon the landing didn't want to run into the board holders. I twisted on my left leg and heard my fibula break in half...sitting on the couch for a couple months managed to help me gain on the upwards of ten pounds. I'm trying to lose them!

I've finished training for my blackbelt and yes - I GOT IT!!!! ...

Now my focus can be shifted from training to losing :-)

Hey Bex! I was happy @ 133 for a few weeks, but am deciding that now that I live in a new house, I should track what I eat here so I don't GAIN back what I've worked hard to lose. This summer I was around 145 for sure- maybe even higher (148 according to your scary digital scale!!!). I need a scale to use here every week, and keep up the work to reach the goal that I want to acheive! This winter I hope to SKI as often as possible, and NOT work at the lodge (working at lodge=free fried food). I'm so proud of you for losing what you have so far. You look HOTTT!!! Love ya lots BFF! Laterrr
