My Goals:
I would really just like to get healthy. Of course, that includes losing weight, which will impact so many other things!

Once I reach 200 lbs, I will reset my goal.

My Program:
Because of some medical issues, exercise is rather difficult, so my program consists of my job, which is only 2 days a week but is very physical, and logging every bite and limiting my calories.

Other Information:
I'd really like to avoid a transition into full-blown diabetes...
