Have you been feeling bad? Me too. Ugh. It must be that time of year. Thanks for reading my blog and giving me some support. I go back to read it at least once a day since I need to keep reminding myself that I am LEARNING how to be healthy and fit. I have a short attention span when it comes to things like that. LOL!

I think one reason I did the blog listing all that I've done this month is to remind myself that I have SOME accomplishment, even if it doesn't show up on the scale. LOL Hey -- I may not have WEIGHT LOSS, but I have a LIST!!!! Isn't that just too obsessive-compulsive? Or is it anal-retentive? I have no idea!
