Student struggling with a bad streak of defeat

Hey! I'm a college student who has struggled with the same 10-15 lbs for the past 8 years. My love handles, belly, and thighs have been a constant pain for me and I just can't seem to get in shape. Even as a competitive soccer player in high school, I struggled getting toned and firm. I can't even count all of the times I've attempted to lose the weight and get in shape!
