My goals are to lose 50 pounds, so I can feel better about my self.
I am trying to drink lots and lots of water. Walk at least 2 miles a day when I have off. Limit my calorie intake to 1200 calories a day. Trying to stay away from chocolate my passion!
I turned 51 this year. I am married again to the same guy, 3rd time around. We just can't seem to stay away from each other lol. I would like to lose 51 pounds 1 pound for every year I've been on this earth.
I want to take a cruise, never been on one and I would like to get fit enough to be able to wear a swimming suit and not be embarrassed.
