Hi there. I'm back after a long hiatus and have even more weight to lose now.

I did personal training last year and it worked great as far as my feeling better. At least until my trainer's schedule changed and I started going on back to back days which was not helpful for me. However it did let me know I can feel better if I stay at this!

Oh one good thing, in the past year I've also managed to pretty much kick the soda habit. I may have one when out to eat if it's a place I am unsure about the options. Or very rarely for a headache at work when nothing else works(ironic how this seems to work). I really hate water so this is a big deal. Mostly I'm drinking lower calorie drinks and some sweet tea or lemonade.

I'm also eating out somewhat less.

I'm back to trying Spark now and hoping I can get myself back on track.

Fitness Minutes: 39,170

My Goals:
I would like to have better nutrition and get into exercising more.

Short term goal: 180 by my May 25th. (I know this is pushing it)

Long term goal: Back down to 160 or less by December 31.

Minigoals: 15 minutes of exercise each day.

My Program:
Keeping my food journal and trying to exercise a bit when I come home. So far the exercising is really hard for me to stay committed to.

Personal Information:
I'm in Austin Texas.

I now have a cute little Quarter horse cowpony and am learning some new riding skills. I was afraid to lope and have managed to mostly work through this.

Other Information:
I enjoy going to the movies or watching movies at home.
