There was a time, not so long ago, when I had this. I was working out and enjoying it. I was making healthy food decisions 90% of the time. And I was down a few sizes and pretty close to goal. And now I'm not. I've signed up for Tough Mudder this summer (2013) and I'm scared - no - terrified. BUT hoping I can get myself motivated to get back to where I was. Here's hoping the next 6 months go well!
I don't remember a time that I wasn't trying to lose weight. This time, I need to make sure I include my entire life into this life change! I'm married to a tall, thin man who won't eat most veggies and refuses to touch anything with fruit. I have 3 amazing kids and I know that they need to see us with a healthy lifestyle so they don't have to learn it later in life.
My goal is to be healthy. My goal is to hit 130 lbs. No matter how long it takes me, I will get there. No timetable needed!

I live in Western Wisconsin with my husband and 3 children (12, 9 & 8). I work 2 days a week marketing for a physician group, & then I also work 40 hrs/wk @ night editing medical dictations. And I also teach dance classes to 5-11 year olds and Adult Ladies!
Work Out Schedule:
Sunday: Day of Rest
Monday: JM DVD or TF DVD
Tues.: 40 - 50 min of running - treadmill or outside
Wed.: JM DVD or TF DVD
Thurs.: yoga/stretching/light workout
Fri.: JM DVD or TF DVD
Sat.: treadmill/running outside

Inspiration and motivation?! Yes, please! Lol. I have done pretty well this week, but it wasn't too hard, considering the fact that I focused primarily on my eating habits and choices. With sleep deprivation, I knew trying to commit myself to work outs would only result in me being disappointed. That wouldn't have helped me to stick with it, at all! I do intend to start getting the workouts in this weekend. I need to get back to the disciplined schedule of a few months ago! It will come...
I completely understand about the workouts falling to the wayside because of housework and the like. I had to learn that my being happy was more dependent upon how well I felt than how clean my kitchen floor was at the time. Lol. It was hard to balance, but I was figuring it out.
You know, if more instant support would be beneficial, like asking for help in NOT eating another cookie :), I would be more than willing to chat through Facebook, text or something like Yahoo messenger. Working 3rd shift makes me good for that 2am voice that tells you not to touch the snack! Just let me know!

Hello woman!! So nice to hear from you! Thank you so very much for your comment on my picture. It is hard for me to accept compliments because, as most of us do, I see what is left to be done and not what I have accomplished. As I said in the comments on that picture, my sister thought I was crazy when I asked her if that was really what I looked like. I just don't see it. It was nice, though, to have a picture taken, see it and actually be "okay" with the way that it looked. I can honestly say that I do not remember the last time that happened!
One of the things that I have incorporated into my fitness routine, have become addicted to honestly, is Crossfit. WOD simply stands for Workout of the Day. Different boxes/gyms have different WODs each day, but I work off of the main Crossfit website, being that I don't belong to any locally. Since I am generally behind their schedule, I have a tendency to just pick my own each day. I need to be careful doing this, as I have found that I am working the same muscle groups repeatedly because I like the exercise. I did a lot of "handstand pushups" and deadlifts of varying weight last week.
