My battle of the bulge...and cholesterol!

I started this page in January of 2011 when I found out my cholestoral was at 255 and my weight was more than that.

I have to get my cholestoral checked again. I have no idea what it is at right now.

I've had a baby since I started this page and I HAD lost most of teh weight while I was breastfeeding.. but.. it's back. I want it gone. SO.. here I go again!

My Goals:
~To be UNDER 200 again.
~To lower my Cholesterol
~To Lower my Stress
~To get back into Yoga
~To eat Healthy and cut out most processed foods.
~To Take time to myself
~To get back in touch with my faith. (And I do mean Pagan Faith.)
~To work more on my hobbies and to start the transition of turning them into my Career.


My Program:
Eating more vegetarian dishes. (Not a vegetarian, just don't eat a lot of meats on a regular basis)
Belly Dancing, yoga, and about to try out Zumba after I get it. Will let ya know how that goes.
We use the WiiFit for fun.
When the weather is better and not a hazard to my lungs, I will walk again.

My name is Andrea, I live in Tustin Michigan. I have 5 children. One is in college, he is 18, my girls are 17, 13 and 9, and my youngest son is turning 2 in June.
