Ice-cream DOESN'T make everything better?
I grew up in a home where good times were always accompanied by good Southern food ... hence my current physical state. I am someone that enjoys active things, but is limited on them because of who I've become physically.
I grew up in Florida and I love the beach. When I go home on vacations, I want to go to the beach without embarrassment. I am deciding today to go from being lots-to-love to becoming less-to-love :)

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, not skinny. I am actually larger-boned at almost 6' tall!
I will tweak these goals as I figure out more of what I long to acheive.
My Program:
1. Learning to recognize when I'm getting full by:
a. slow down when eat
b. try not to eat in front
of TV
2.+ ... not sure of rest yet!
