Life is Too Short!
I am 37 years old. 5 "2 119 lbs ... Single mother of 3. I am getting to the point in life where I want to feel healthy...and need to learn how to eat right. I need to find discipline to keep working out when I get bored so easily with it.
Welcome new friends that can be of help or support...and I am willing to be there for someone else.

My Goals:
I am trying to get back to 110 lbs. I am currently at 119 and gaining weight fast. I have a hysterectomy and since then my metabolism had went crazy. I never had a problem with it before now.
My Program:
I am trying to work out Sundays, Tuesday and Thursdays. I am trying to watch what I eat. But I am a horrible cook so we eat out alot and it is hard to eat right.
