Thank you so much for your comment on my blog and for adding me as a friend! I really do need friends right now, so I'm really grateful that you reached out. Please let me know what I can do to help you! My goals for this week are to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, eat intuitively (high protein, low carbs), go to see my therapist and I have a regular doc appt. which I'm going to keep.
